Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about pure water and our service.
How often should I replace the filters in my reverse osmosis system?
For optimal performance, pre-filters and post-filters should be replaced every 6 to 12 months. The reverse osmosis membrane typically lasts between 2 to 3 years depending on your local water quality and usage.
Can I install the RO system myself or do I need a plumber?
Most of our systems are designed for DIY installation and come with a comprehensive manual and all necessary hardware. However, if you are uncomfortable with basic under-sink plumbing, we recommend hiring a licensed professional.
What is your shipping policy for large filtration units?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Larger units are securely crated to prevent damage and typically ship via ground freight within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our reverse osmosis systems come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties up to 5 years.
What is your return policy if the system doesn't fit my needs?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return the system in its original, unused condition. Please note that used filters cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Are your systems certified for contaminant removal?
Absolutely. Our systems are tested and certified to NSF/ANSI standards to ensure they effectively remove lead, chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, and other harmful contaminants from your drinking water.
