The AC-20 is a broad spectrum antiscalant formulated for high levels of scale-forming minerals, metal oxides, and silica. It’s effective at preventing scale formation in water at high hardness: 150+ grains per gallon (gpg) and decreases iron, aluminum, and heavy metals salt precipitation. Controls inorganic scale over an extensive concentration range and does not flocculate dissolved polymers such as residual coagulants, iron, or silica. AC-20 is an ideal addition to your system if you utilize a membrane in your softening process and is compatible with all RO, NF, and UF membranes.
