At Reverse Osmosis Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific filtration unit.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all filters, membranes, and installation hardware included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service; we recommend insuring the package for the full value of the system to protect against damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system is in new, resellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
